Privacy
What we collect when you write to us, and what we do with it.
Luxe Life Holidays collects only what you send through the enquiry form or by email: your name, email address, optional phone number, destination interest, travel dates, guest notes, and the message itself. We use that information to reply with a journey sketch and, if you proceed, to hold rooms and transfers on your behalf.
Form submissions are emailed to hello@luxelifeholidays.com . This website does not store enquiries in a database. Email copies remain in our mailbox for as long as a live planning conversation requires, then follow our ordinary mail retention.
We do not sell your details. We share them only with hotels, camps, guides, airlines, and transfer partners needed to deliver the itinerary you asked us to plan. Those partners have their own privacy practices.
The site may set a session cookie so that the enquiry form can verify it was submitted by a person using this page (a CSRF token). That cookie is not used for advertising.
